Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Refunds are late or lost
- If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account again first.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially announced.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is sent.

Discounted items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Goods sold cannot be returned.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Resend
To return a product, you must send your product to: Komplek Pasar Induk Beras & Palawija Cipinang, Jl. Pisangan Lama Barat Blok D4 No.12, RT.9/RW.9, Pisangan Timur, Kec. Pulo Gadung, Kota Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta 13230.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
